Are these signatures compatible with Outlook and Gmail?
Yes. Our templates are rigorously tested against all major email clients including Outlook (Desktop & Web), Gmail, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird. We use robust, email-safe HTML tables to ensure consistent rendering across all versions.
How does OTP authentication work?
Instead of remembering a password, employees enter their work email on the /login page. TeamSigs sends a secure 6-digit code to that inbox. Entering the code authenticates them instantly — no account creation, no passwords to manage or reset. The code expires in 10 minutes.
Can employees edit their signature data?
No. Employees land on a clean, read-only view of their compiled signature. They can copy it for Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail but cannot alter the template, colors, fonts, or legal disclaimers. Updates must go through the admin dashboard.
Does TeamSigs require Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Super Admin access?
No. TeamSigs is completely server-integration-free. Employees copy their compiled signature from /my-signature directly into their email client settings. We never touch your mail server, exchange server, or tenant admin APIs.
How does the CSV bulk import work?
Upload a CSV file with columns email, name, job_title, phone, department, avatar_url. TeamSigs performs an intelligent upsert: new emails are inserted, existing emails are updated. All operations are wrapped in atomic database transactions — if any row fails validation, existing data is never corrupted.
